INDIAN BEACH

Visiting my family this week on the West Coast, and as part of our family reunion last week, we decided to try something new and checked out Ebola State Park. In past years we haven't gone there because you have to pay (only $5...but we're cheap :) but after eight family reunions, we decided to branch out after hearing rumors of exciting tide pools and it was so worth it! We lucked out with the sun clearing up that afternoon and enjoyed playing in the ocean in this beautiful little cove. Definitely different (and much colder!) than the Bahamas, but it had it's own unique and contrasting natural beauty. We'll have to come here again - especially to see all of the pretty orange, purple, and black starfish that lived on the nearby rocks!
